Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on delivery location
Canadian customers may be charged applicable GST/HST/PST
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their jurisdiction

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers
We do not store or directly process payment card details

8. Intellectual Property & Artist Rights

Digital files
NFTs and metadata

is the exclusive intellectual property of Kalpit Patel / Darpan Atelier Inc., unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of a work grants:

Ownership of the physical object (if applicable)

Purchase does not grant:

Copyright
Reproduction rights
Commercial use rights
Licensing rights
AI training or dataset rights

Any reproduction, distribution, display, resale, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. AI, Machine Learning & Data Use Prohibition

You may not:

Scrape, copy, or harvest content from this Website
Use any images, text, or data for AI training, machine learning, or generative systems
Mint derivative NFTs or digital assets based on our works
Use the works in datasets, embeddings, or automated analysis systems

This prohibition applies regardless of jurisdiction and survives termination of access.

10. NFTs & Digital Assets

NFTs are sold “as is”
Blockchain transactions are irreversible
Ownership of an NFT does not grant intellectual property or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated in writing
We make no guarantees regarding marketplace availability, blockchain longevity, or resale value

11. Website Use

You agree not to:
