Returns & Refunds Policy

Darpan Atelier Inc. operates on a print-on-demand and limited-production basis. Each artwork is produced individually upon order.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or collector discretion.

This policy applies to:

• Art prints

• Original artworks

• Digital works

• NFTs or blockchain-based assets

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will issue a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage

• The damage must be attributable to production or shipping

Approved claims will result in either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or

• A refund at our discretion

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items produced to order or personalized

• Limited or open-edition art prints

• Original artworks

• Digital files, downloads, or NFTs

• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

4. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed damage or defect.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5. Digital Assets & NFTs

All sales of digital works and NFTs are final and non-refundable.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Ownership of a digital token does not grant reproduction or intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

• You must follow the instructions provided by us

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
